Doyin Okupe, a former aide to immediate past president Goodluck
Jonathan, has reacted to the defection of Chief Tim Alaibe from the All
Progressives Congress, APC, alongside his supporters to the Peoples
Democratic Party, PDP.
DAILY POST reports that Alaibe, who was the former Managing Director
of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, and former Special Adviser
to the President on Presidential Amnesty Programme, said he left APC
along with 10,000 supporters because the ruling party doesn’t keep to
promises.
He was quoted as saying: “You can see that APC house is in chaos.
“We are coming back to PDP
to support you so you can continue to invest in other areas including
what you have already done in the health sector like the diagnostic
centre.”

hinted that a political ‘Tsunami’ is in the making as PDP is back with
full force.
