“The blue economy is an engine for global development,” said Dr. He Guangshun the Director General of the National Marine Data and Information Services (NMDIS) from the Ministry of Natural resources of the Peoples Republic of China.
He further stressed the need for blue cooperation as China has a 40-year blueprint for how to develop and elevate the maritime industry.
